Annual General Meeting

All the members are welcome to join the Annual General Meeting to review the year achievements and have a chance to vote to elect the new members of the committee 2025!

Agenda:

From 3.30 to 4pm: AGM - All Members
* Report on the association activities
* Elections of the Committee members
* Minor Amendments to the constitution 

From 4-4.30pm : Afternoon tea - All Members 
Join us for a selection of delicacies from our partner France at Home

From 4.30-5.30pm: Board Committee ONLY - 1st Committee Meeting
New Board meeting will gather with previous board meeting to ensure smooth transition & review the 2025 proposed calendar
